Our relief practice manager services provide temporary or ongoing, hands-on coverage to ensure your hospital maintains consistency, efficiency, and team support during leadership absences. We are also happy to assist with recruitment and onboarding efforts, including conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations and providing introductory training for new practice managers.

    Led by Dr. Todd Smith, DVM. Our relief medical director services offer clinical leadership and guidance when you need it most.   • Relief/Interim/PT- Ongoing Practice Manager Support

    *To include if needed/interim support -stabilize operations, manage staff, and implement systems

    *If traveling > 60 miles outside of Denver Metro area - a minimum 3 day commitment is required

    $53/hr up to 9 hours per day

    Price discounts for longer coverage needs

    1 week ~36 hours- $1875

    2 weeks ~72 hours - $3700

    4 weeks ~ 144 hrs- $7250

    *If traveling out of state- min of 1 week+ flat rate travel fee of $500/week

    $110/hr up to 10 hours per day

    Price discounts for longer coverage needs

    1 week- up to 5 days- 40 hrs - $4300

    2 weeks - 80 hrs - $8400

    4 weeks - 160 hrs - $16,500

    Important To Note:

    Not every hospital will require the same level of services, after an initial discovery call we'll determine recommendations for length of time and depth of commitment. Some hospitals may require more hands on support while others may only require a few days of hands on support and the remainder can be remote support. During our initial discovery call we will discuss primary and secondary focus areas. Afterwards we'll formulate an individualized plan and schedule that meets your hospital's needs.

    2 Tiers of Consulting Support

    Moderate Support Needed

    Covers up to 3 days in hospital and 2 months of remote ongoing operations support/guidance. A full recommendation report will be provided as well as implementation guidance.

    $15,000 ( monthly payment plan available )

    Advanced Support Needed

    Covers up to a week in hospital and 4 months of remote ongoing operations support/guidance. A full recommendation report and hands on implementation support.

    $30,000 ( monthly payment plan available )
